"Fall Muse" 

This gouache painting is a whimsical celebration of autumn colors and patterns.  I drew inspiration from a number of different artistic sources including pre-Raphaelite paintings featuring strong feminine facial features and graceful, sweeping gestures. I included some images of the work in progress below to provide a glimpse into what my painting process looks like.
