HILLARY MISHCON

"Rocks"
This was probably my first attempt at photorealism. I had seen an exhibit of Alan Magee's work at the Farnsworth Museum and wanted to give it a try. Look up Alan Magee if you don't already know who he is, his work in incredible. This was a fun experiment and while there is some joy in exploring the depths of detail in rock patters, there's not much more to this besides what you see on the surface. It was also my first time really trying to flex creating a realistic image. Very effective from far away. lol.
