HILLARY MISHCON

"Seaweed"
Painted during the same time frame that I completed the "Rocks" painting, this image was an opportunity to delve into the details of the rocky Maine shore. It's a good way to find patterns and relationships between objects in nature, much like finding "eyes" in wood grain. This painting was done at the request of a patron following the "Rocks" painting and she made me swear I would never sell any prints or copies. She was determined to have the only one.
Details:
- Acrylic on paper
- 8" x 8"
